		<description>My brother &#038; I have debated this for years. I eat the whole seed he spits out the hard part. I think it is just a matter of taste but I suspect the seed has good nutritional value. Probably adds fiber &#038; such. If you are eating it in a relish there is no delicate way to spit out the seeds in front of company.</description>
